[Podcast - Video - Article] What Fills Your Life to Make it Fulfilling?

Many of my clients seem to have the same overall "comment" when talking about their lives. So many of them say they feel “empty”, even though they have lots of experiences, roles and things that would seem their life is full! They realise that the “having” stuff and even taking amazing trips is often just to fill a profound void with something, with anything in search of deeper fulfilment.

They say they often get a short term happiness buzz from some of the things they do, but that it soon flickers out. And then they start all over again trying to find something out there to make them happy.

 

What does FULFILMENT mean to you? What does it look like? How do you see yourself when you are fulfilled? Are there moments in your days where you are full of things to do but feeling “weighed down”? Are there other times when you are full and feeling so alive?

Let’s see if this practical formula helps you out on living more FULFILMENT.

As in the other video posts on Energy begin by RATING YOUR LIFE FULFILMENT NOW from 1 as low to 10.000 as high. How full do you feel - usually connected to feeling you are doing things that matter to you.

Your LIFE FULFILMENT equation is made up of 4 different elements. Here they are:

EMOTIONAL MASTERY - What emotions do you feel daily? Do you go up and down on the rollercoaster from worried to angry to happy and back down again maybe to sad, disappointed or frustrated? What are emotions do you play out? If you measure them vibrationally - since they are energy that comes out of you… RATE YOUR EMOTIONS from 1 (lower emotions like sadness and dissatisfaction) to 10 (higher emotions like joy, love and inner peace).

TIME AND PLAN MASTERY - How happy are you with how you manage your time? Are you doing things for yourself and for others? Do you have a clear plan on the things you want to do daily and do you stick with them? Rate this from 1 (poor time management without a plan) to 10 (great plan with getting priorities done on time).

COURSE OF ACTION DIRECTION - How clear are you with the direction you want to go in life, in your relationships, in your career? Or do you get distracted and taken off course? When you know you are on the right path you feel more fulfilled! Rate your level of life direction from 1 (not clear where you are going) to 10 (super clear on your life path and feeling great about yourself in all areas of life).

TAKING ACTION - This is the physical part of really doing. Do you procrastinate or hesitate? Do you let life get in the way of the important things that you really want to do in life? So now rate how much of an action taker you are from 1 (you make excuses for why not to do things) to 10 (you really get things done).

Which of these can you improve first to have a more fulfilling life? They are named on purpose in a specific order. When you first Master Your Emotions then your Time Management is easier with less drain on your Energy. And when you have a clear Course of Action, with your Emotions balanced then what you do with your Time and Taking Action will naturally follow.
